After being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and trying various medications, I discovered the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) and was able to manage my condition without medication. However, I missed the indulgence of sweets, so I started baking with almond flour and other SCD-friendly ingredients. After years of experimentation, I was able to create delicious, gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar-free treats.

Today, Paryani Foods has grown from my small home kitchen to selling at markets across the city. I am proud to help people following the Paleo or Celiac diets, as well as those with allergies. Our specialties include organic coconut flour cakes, almond flour breads, almond flour cookies, and vegan chocolate dates.
